  • Following decision have been taken in the PD Conference held on 19.02.2014. MGNREGA 1. eFMS should be started before 28th February'2014. 2. Confirmed availability of filled up e-MR for generation of FTO. 3. Complete freezing of account under MGNREGA without further delay. 4. Complete data entry of demand and allocation of work for the upcoming days till 31st March'2014. 5. Insure availability of ongoing schemes to be taken between April to June'2014 under MGNREGA. 6. Provide employment to the Jobcard holders who have completed more than 60 days of work till date so that generation of 100 days employment will be increased. IAY 1. Submit proposal for balance houses to be approved for the year 2013-14 on or before 22nd February'2014. 2. Submit hard copy of IAY Waiting list downloaded from www.drdatinsukia.com and duly signed by the concern BDO on or before 22nd February'2014 without fail and confirmation e-mail of completion of data entry of Waiting list must be send to drdatsk@gmail.com as per format which had already circulated to your email. 3. Submit additional proposal for all remaining SC, ST and Minority beneficiaries from Waiting List to be approved for the year 2013-14 under IAY. 4. Complete all the houses sanctioned in the year 2012-13 and 2013-14 within 31st March'2014.

  • As next installment, under MGNREGA for the year 2013-14 has already been released, now BDO are requested to take following actions immediately:- 1)Fund should be made available to the GPs immediately. 2)Work under MGNREGA must be implemented at each and every GP. 3)Efforts should be made to create awareness in the rural areas for demand of work. 4)Adequate number of schemes should be approved against every GP. 5)Efforts should be made to enhance the participation of women in the MGNREGA work. 6)Old works should be completed on priority basis in a campaign mode. 7)Only e-Muster Roll should be used. 8)Job card verification, delayed payment, social audit, complaints etc. should be looked into seriously. 9)MIS entry should be updated without any gap. 10)Frequent field visit, inspection etc. should be carried out. 11)Monthly meeting with BDOs and Jr. Engineers must be held and GP wise progress in implementation of MGNREGA schemes should be reviewed. 12)Any case of negligence and mal practices in implementation of schemes should be reviewed seriously and stern action should be taken against the person concerned.

TO COMPUTER ASSISTANTS UNDER MGNREGA WITHIN A WEEK AND UPLOAD IN MIS ACCORDINGLY (.) MMU (.)

  • Monthly Progress Report: AS DESIRED BY THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER TINSUKIA YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO PREPARE MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT UPTO 25TH OF EVERY MONTH AND ENTERED IN DRDA WEBSITE BY 27TH OF EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL

  • Attention to Block MIS Co-ordinator: You are requested to monitor MIS regularly and taking corrective measure immediately. Instruct Computer Assistant to complete the entry of MR on the same day when demand and work allocation entered

  • IAY-MIS: BDOs are instructed to enter beneficiaries details of IAY in www.iay.nic.in

  • IMPORTANT UPDATE ON MIS ENTRY

  • Kindly monitor the alerts shown in www.nrega.nic.in in every day and do the needful action immediately

  • District Monthly Progress Reports will be generated through MIS only on 5th of every next month

  • Release of Central share 2nd installment is on the basis of MIS reports
